Corporate industry running out of responsibility

Is Bengaluru still the safe heaven to work anymore! this question is arising in the minds of employees of the IT and BT industry. We have threat from the terrorist organizations for our industry and for the common people. Thanks to the CISF team which is already working hard to make sure no such incident is noticed yet in electronic city and white field where we have more and more companies at one place.

What corporate industry is doing about it than requesting the government to provide the security for the industry? We have world class intelligence which is in the shadow. Still if we think our govt is responsible for all bad times and we are going only with our profits and growing with the world without contributing anything special to our security forces.

All these days we have done many things to get profits at least now our responsibilities are more than what we are assuming and analyze here. Think before illegal activities teach us a lesson.

It hurts to see our CISF team roaming on the road to make sure no such illegal activity is going on without proper facilities. I am bit scared now how much safe we are here. What contribution our companies are contributing for the security here. It’s not sufficient to say teams are taking care everywhere.

By having world class building and facility inside the office never makes us to feel safe with life. Managements worried about their projects deadline than thinking to provide a fully furnished and equipped world class control rooms to our security forces, corporates think why we should provide all these, if we think like this throughout our life one black day will come that day we don’t get time to think what’s went wrong here.

At least now our corporate world class managements should wake up and provide the infrastructure facility to have world class facility and cctv cameras on the roads for our security forces to monitor the illegal activity than thinking only road watching is sufficient to secure the industry.

This is not the day anyone was looking in our life, already on the roads in Bengaluru our security force teams holding guns on the vehicle by pointing towards unexpected situation, anywhere anytime anything can happen. It looks like security forces are watching for the intruders on the border. What great safety we are feeling now after all these.

Hope very soon industry will wake up and help our government forces to have control rooms in the industry area for the good future of our country and industry.

Our responsibilities are not only to pay tax to govt and ask for more and more than making a social contribution to the world and people safety of our country, it’s time to set a beginning which is not only the requirement this our responsibility. We should stop thinking always government must come up with a proposal why don’t corporates propose something to state and central government in what way they can do more towards this situation.

Hope corporate industry will learn lesson soon than waiting for a bad day,,,,,

Where we are heading today?

It’s a sad day for us again………….

Terrorist hit again in delhi near the high court. Again our families last their belongings same message everywhere just come united we will face this together we will not surrender to any terrorist activities so on. I think we have surrendered ourselves to these insects and not finding a inch or got confused how and when? What next to our future India. Our intelligence department says no failure of the intelligence no failure of security measures so on. Now what to do who will give any solid idea to tackle this and remove from the roots.

Now I am also confused friends, I was almost speechless by watching this on the tv channel. Same flash news hit all the tv channels blast low intensity medium, high … ….

Uff what next … does it mean we are now helpless. There is no god no devil these are devils doing dirty activities for the sake of some paisa who are not able to work, not able to practice any discipline of doing something for their families.

Atleast now stop showing any mercy to the person who is directly knowingly involved in the attacks on the very innocent common man. Start hanging them in the public the person who is going to take this direction should get scared to touch it even he became mad by training.

 Abzal guru and kasab they are caught directly on the TV cameras while killing the innocents and whole world watched them in the inhuman activity. If pardon should be given to any person then it should be on the permission by the committee which involves all the members of the families which have lost their belongings in the same incident not only the president of INDIA.

Start today don’t show any type of the mercy to the person involved directly in the public killings. No need to say further its democracy.. .law.. justice. If so change the laws, change the democracy itself. If democracy is not able to safe guard the person rights of living then change it …!!!! If not today never…

ನಿರಾಶೆಗೆ ಒಳಗಾಗುವ ಭೀತಿ ಕಡಿಮೆ. ಮನುಷ್ಯನ ರೂಪ ಕ್ಷಣಭಂಗುವಾದುದು.
ಮನಸ್ಸು ಚಾಂಚಲ್ಯಕ್ಕೆ ಸಿಲುಕುವ ವಸ್ತು. ಒಮ್ಮೆ ಇರುವ ಮನಸ್ಸು ಮತ್ತೊಮ್ಮೆ ಇರುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.

Well done Chief Minister Sadananda gowda

Belief and thoughts are individual approach towards life activities. There is nothing wrong suppose your belief not affecting others life and hurting no one with our way of approach.

Sorry I got diverted a bit with what I would start to talk here. Many of us not aware of our chief minister official residence “Anugraha” in Karnataka is not used by many of our previous chief ministers from past 5-6 years including Mr. Kumaraswamy and Mr. Yeddurappa also many of our previous chief ministers.

Reason behind this is anyone goes there will not be happy and they will loose peace of mind including the post itself. I am not arguing here about their life should be dedicated to something else or they should not have peace of mind. Only thing is… this is our first person residence this is not used by saying Vaastu is not correct or there are some demons inside the house and some of them heard some sounds inside the house many times.

Yes one way I will accept the individual feelings about their life activities. But during this time how can we trust we can hear some noise or sounds inside the house during night time when I never heard such things in my life even I spent my 20 years in a small village where I roamed during nights also in our agriculture lands. Is that a perception or just a psychological disorder makes a person to feel like this. If so any unknown bad force or devil is there in the house then there will be a unknown good force should be there otherwise there will not be anything. I am talking about god and demons presence. If someone says like someone died there so something is present in the premises then in our village how many people died and how many of them roaming there in air? If we talk like this there is no end. Believe me or not one night I was slept in a place there was a buried body just one meter from that point. Still I am alive nothing happened.

In my view living human is a great demon than a dead one. If you don’t do any harm or bad things to anyone on this world then you will become strong with thoughts and psychologically very solid inside to face any circumstances.

In this regard I want to thank and wish all the best to Chief Minister Sadananda gowda of Karnataka state for staying in the Anugraha which is an official residence of chief minister of Karnataka.

Best wishes from the people of Karnataka state to our 26^th chief minister and I wish him good health and once again all the best for the new post.

Veerashaiva Lingayatism or Lingayatism

“I am writing this for my own interest not to hurt or advice others feelings…..”

            The tradition of Veerashaiva sect was founded by five ascetics- Revana, Marula, Ekorama, Panditaradhya, Vishwaradhya- who are held to have sprung from the five heads of Shiva, incarnate age after age, almost about 5500 -6000 years ago. These are regarded



as very ancient, and Basava is said to have been but the reviver of the faith in 12th century. These Panchacharya ruled the realm of Veerashaiva kingdom by establishing the five peethas in different places in India as follows :

Veerashimhasana of Rambhapuri in Balehonnuru (Karnataka)
Saddharma Shimhasana of Ujjaini (Karnataka)
Vairagya Shimhasana of Kedar (Uttaranchal)
Surya Shimhasana of Shrishaila (Andhra Pradesh) and
Jnana Shimhasana of Kashi (Uttar Pradesh)

The origin of Lingayatism was founded and built by Pachacharyas, its took many diversion from late 12^th century from basavanna who was born in basavana bagevadi. He was a Brahmin. He has introduced system of wearing “Shivalinga” upon one’s body.

Subsequently veerashaiva religion become Lingayatism.

            Basavanna though born a brahmin rebelled against the rigid practices of the caste system eventually began his own philosophy on god shiva with a casteless society at its core. His philosophy began attracting number of people. Many saints played major role in support of this during that season like allama prabhu, akka mahadevi and channabasavanna.

            The lingayaths worship Istalinga. Vishwaguru basavanna says in his vachanas, that god has no specific form, name and place. Lingayatism stands for fatherhood of GOD and Brotherhood of all Human beings, and compassion towards all living beings. While Hindus believe that one's sins can be washed away by bathing in the Ganges River, Lingayats do not believe in such practices. They also do not believe in rituals and astrology.

            The one interesting thing i like about basavanna is he has translated all vedas and sanskrit prayer and phylosophy to vachanas which were wrtten in common man language. In his defence he says for critics if you don't understand the meaning of the prayer you do then how you are going to fill the happiest and at most level for the things you do.

            Finally my words it may be any caste first and the at most is humanity!!

Life and practices must be simple for all, it should not take away someone’s breath!

Love! Say only Truth? Never lie yourself...

“Never think why others are happy, Ask yourself why I am not happy than a big explanation every time”.

I do not know the meaning of the word love. If everyone says and use the affection, attachment, care and respect we will show with our belongings is love then let me use this word here for my use.

                The strange thing in this human life is people say I love that person this person so and so.

Let me ask this simple stupid question. How does a person can love other person who is out of scene, in the different environment, who never cares nor expects the same, don’t remember or even think at all.  Never asks how are you doing now, if they do not know each other then how come it is possible to say I love so and so him/her.

                In my view only weak minded person can say I love him/ her unless they belong to each other. Only weak minded person will expect care, attention, share, care and some kind of support from unknown character on this beautiful world. “Just imagination will come only for weak mind”.

When you can’t live happily alone then how come you can expect someone to come and give exactly everything you expect? It seems you are living in a world of expectation than trying to live here as yourself with whatever you have got and going to get.

                No such thing exists on this world to make anyone happy at any moment at the cost of your time and life. It does not mean you need not help or care about the other person who really need and deserves it. Everything has its own limitation “be social and show humanity because you are a human”.

“First help yourself before you help others!”

                Instead of thinking always being happy today is only spending money and having fun with short cuts. Why don’t we think “happiness is only state of mind every moment” it’s not the state of status exhibition.

                If you are rich with own thoughts fill your heart and mind with how much I can be happy this moment, try to be a good human today and every day. Make yourself so strong to fight with the bad things around you every moment than “accepting like a shadow!” It doesn’t mean we have to shout and create some inconvenient situation around us in everyday life. We need to be more brilliant than only being good in daily life.

                Have good thoughts every day, every moment of life, LIVE in a beautiful way money is not everything at all the stages of life.

"Fight with defects of a System" also its time to control our attitude and talk

Many of us in all states irrespective of the religion adapting the behavior of just blaming the government and the politicians than fighting against the particular bad ill policies.

 I am familiar more with Karnataka than other states would like to share our people mentality, these days all TV channels are making some political news as whole collapse of the system in the state and the callers on the channels use bad words to anyone including chief minister, governor and any person.

Please stop blaming the government and the system. “Try to change the system or just adapt to the system”, if you are already adapted to the system please never ever blame anyone, it is time for you to change than changing anyone on this world. Whenever we talk on public we should control our emotions in the sense we cannot use some unauthorized words to the person in the absence of third person, also when they are in the first position in the state or the nation. We can use any word in any situation but that reflects our attitude and culture. If I am not able to control my words and emotions then how can I expect someone else to control and respect my feelings and emotions. It is my view we need to control and use good ways to put our views in the public.

My point is we must respect our talk that gives more weight than loose talk.

My way may look different this way. Why can’t we fight against the policies of our system if it is really bad and affecting the overall system instead blaming the person. How can we assure somebody else will do it for you?

Why we are shouting on the channels by calling them by spending money? What we have achieved by shouting. Unless you shout by using uncultured way, why can’t we talk only our views than giving our words as final decision?

Think before you act…... Just you got some chance that does not mean we can talk the way we want. If I am not a human I cannot decide in my own way there is no humanity on this world.

It’s time to think bit different way, Friends think can we change this govt just by shouting against something or somebody. But I am not a coward to think we can’t do anything. It’s time to fight and make everyone to understand “the real problems of the particular policy in any government than thinking of changes will come tomorrow that tomorrow never comes”.

What change we can make with tomorrow.

Whether by changing the government or a leader of any ruling party or company manager and director will it make any difference to me as a common man?  We will end up with past was better than present. My answer is “first No, next if we can change the system then Yes!”.

 It is our duty and right as a common man always be alert and keen about government policies and raise our voice and effort to create awareness among the peoples how to fight against that policy than just shouting on the road and end up with nothing. 

We will make a difference.

Why some one commits Suicide Is That So Easy ?

From few days its really disturbing me by thinking about how a common person can commit suicide.
Take one corner of life in some age around 20-25 some one may talk about committing suicide just because he or she left for some reason. Person who is able to commit suicide at any stage because of some thing how can he or she able to lead the life in a difficult situation. This dont bother me too much because during early ages of our life or with our living style we may reach different way of thinking.

What is really eating me is farmers suicide cases.
In my early ages upto 20-22 years i used to work in the fields with my family members.
I never heard these type of cases those days. Everywhere these days we are getting information a farmer commited suicide because of some huge loan.

We need to think about what really behind this cause technically than thinking about some condolence way and finally forgetting it.
We being the creamy layer who are all came from the roots of the same stage forgotten our own responsibilities and duties. I personally can guess why a person being so much hard with mind whole year can just end his life in a minute . I personally went through the same stages when we were working in the fields. Where you dont get any reward for your complete half or full year effort.

Sometimes farmers end up with no profit or no outcome. If it continues like this then what is the future?

We need to do more on this than writing some blogs, giving some condolences etc.
I am thinking of many ways in my mind.
1. Farmers must be made aware of all the situation once they wish to grow any particular grains.
2. Farmers are not aware of the expenditure which is going to come for their idea, if we consider ourself eg. being salaried we will think and get ideas from others when we are going to take some home loan etc... Same way some awareness must be there for them how to manage their activity in the farm as well as family. If they end up with loss then what is the other source of income to them.
3. Whether farmers are having other sources of income or not, if they dont have then how they are going to face it ?

4. Whether they can consider some fore process stages in their farms than selling the raw output directly.
    For eg. If you take cotton they sell it for low price.. Just after cleaning process it gets 4 times the value they have sold out.

5. How they can approach the markets.

We cannot keep on saying govt should do something something than we doing nothing.
 I can assure anyone we can find many brilliant and good knowlegde farmers in our country or state, we need to recognise them and make them to guide others how they approach the activities.

My point of saying these few things is if we know the worst atleast we can think of something before that ...............

Hope Some work will go in this field to bring up our farmers to next level Mentally and Economically.
Otherwise one day will come we all need to beg for Food by keeping money in HANDS..!!

Life is Precious it has More Value Than What We Give.
